Nail'd it by Nailah believes that accidents do happen, and it its our job to respond effectively and efficiently. With that said, if you receive your order and it is missing an item or the wrong item please contact us within 7 business day.
No refunds, or exchanges will be granted for any reason with the exception of receiving the wrong product.
